Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the LFF Heritage Trusts (LFT) website and to every enquiry or payment you make through it. A separate engagement letter governs any work that we agree to do for you.

LFF Heritage Trusts (LFT), Schlossplatz 5, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
Who we are and what we do
LFT prepares and coordinates foundation, trust and family-office structures and the corporate work around them. Reserved acts are performed by the licensed Liechtenstein trustee, lawyer, patent attorney or asset manager named in your engagement letter.
Reserved acts include formation for third parties, trustee and council mandates, tax advice, bookkeeping, and succession work that the law reserves to licensed professions. Portfolio management is never carried out by LFT. A licensed asset manager or bank carries it out.
Using this website
This website gives general information about Liechtenstein structures and corporate services. Nothing on it is advice on the law, on tax, on investments or on succession. Before you act on any point, take advice from a licensed professional.
Figures on the site are stated as the statute or source on the page gives them. Laws and registers change. A figure that was correct when a page was written may have changed since, so check the source before you rely on it.
Engagements
A separate engagement letter sets the scope of any work, the licensed partner who performs it, the fees and the termination terms. Read the engagement letter before you agree to the work.
An enquiry sent through the contact form does not form a contract by itself. An onboarding file does not form one either. The engagement letter does.
Fees and payments
Fees for services are on request. We show no price for a service on this site. Two kinds of amount appear on the site, and both are listed here:
- Ready-made company prices are shown in the company list only. Prices in the list can change, so check the price on the page before you request a company.
- The amount of each invoice is set on the invoice, in EUR or CHF, and paid on the pay page.
Payment methods are these. Card payments run through Stripe Checkout. Crypto payments run through NOWPayments.
Refunds follow the engagement letter. [Refund rule: owner or lawyer to supply before publication.]
Content and intellectual property
The text, layout, images and the LFT name and logo belong to LFT or are used with its permission. You may read and print pages for your own use. Commercial reuse of any material needs our written consent.
Where a page links to an official source, the link is there so that you can check the source yourself.
Links to other websites
Some pages may link to other websites for information. We do not control those websites and we do not endorse them. You visit them at your own risk and under their terms.
Liability
We give information in good faith. It is accurate to the date of publication and to the statutes as the page gives them. We are not liable for a decision you take on the basis of this website alone.
The engagement letter sets the liability for any work we agree to do. We limit our liability as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Liechtenstein law governs these terms, and the courts of Liechtenstein have jurisdiction, subject to the engagement letter.
[Governing law and courts clause: owner's lawyer to confirm before publication.]
Changes to these terms and contact
We may change these terms. An updated version takes effect when it is published, and the date at the top of this page changes with it.
For questions about these terms, write to info@foundation-liechtenstein.com or call +423 210 0004 (Wealth Management department). Office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 CET/CEST.
